The Big Five personality traits = five broad, independent dimensions:
Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism - aka OCEAN.


1. Openness:


    •    High: Imaginative, intellectual, curious, and enjoys new experiences.

    •    Low: Conventional, practical, and prefers routine.


2. Conscientiousness:


    •    High: Organised, careful, goal-driven, and disciplined.

    •    Low: Careless, impulsive, and less detail-oriented.


3. Extraversion:


    •    High: Outgoing, social, talkative, and enjoys being around people.

    •    Low: Reserved, quiet, and prefers solitary activities.


4. Agreeableness:


    •    High: Cooperative, kind, empathetic, and trusting.

    •    Low: Competitive, critical, and less concerned with others' feelings.


5. Neuroticism:


    •    High: Anxious, moody, and prone to negative emotions.

    •    Low: Calm, stable, and less susceptible to stress.
