The best way to start is with actions that have the greatest return on effort.  To do this you’ll need to understand them better.  As the 5 love languages highlights, what we appreciate the most, is not necessarily the same as what our partner does.  So to be most effective, we need give in ways that are relatively easy for us, but meaningful to them.
